A European bank wanted to upskill staff so that they could increase bank sales but in an ethical and fully compliant fashion. Henry designed and delivered a course which was run extensively in the bank.
A global bank wanted a generic Negotiation Skills course which would appeal to front-office, back-office and internal functions alike. Henry designed a financial negotiation skills course which ran multiple times and was aimed at delegates from throughout the European offices.
A financial firm based in London and Paris was experiencing communication problems between its offices. Henry was requested to deliver a team-building day in two languages throughout the day, focussing on self-discovery for the participants through the MBTI® and using a team-building game.
